  Worst hotel experience I have ever had. We arrived at the hotel at 6:30pm on 09/30/2017. We had reservations along with several other co-workers. Upon arrival, no one was at the desk, so the cook went to get them from the "smoking hut." During check inn, the front desk lady said that the room might not be clean because they have been finding rooms that were not cleaned all day. She sent a young girl to go check and see if it was clean, after 5 or so minutes, she didn't come back. The lady at the desk then gave us the keys. We walked into the room, it was stripped and no-one in sight. So I walked back to the desk and handed her the keys and said this one is not clean. She said "I know" and "she's going to clean it," and by she, she meant the girl who was standing beside her, playing with her phone. After 20 or so minutes of "playing-on-phone- time while- working," our room was cleaned. We found underwear in a drawer dirty washcloths and dirty socks on the floor. Day two, come home after a long days' work... Room's not cleaned, we called the front desk, from our cell phone because our room phone is broken. He says they will send someone, no-one showed. Now it's day three, still no clean room, no towels, no change of garbage. Went down to the front desk, they said they should have changed your towels and taken out the garbage. I said "no, nothing." She said "I'll see if I can find someone" 1 hour later, still no-one. There is an entire hotel of angry workers, who are receiving the same treatment. I suppose because this is the only hotel within 30 miles of here, they can charge and do whatever they feel.
